Orders submitted before 11:00 AM (local time) typically ship the same business day, but this is not guaranteed. We ship via UPS or another carrier of our choice and aren’t responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, carrier disruptions). Special services (inside delivery, special routing) may incur additional fees.
Balaji Wireless offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for manufacturer-defective products from the invoice date. We aren’t responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or human error. If a product is deemed defective, a credit or replacement may be issued at our discretion.
Returns must include an approved RMA number and be shipped at the customer’s expense. Discounted/closeout items are sold “as-is” without warranty. Short shipments must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
If you suspect damage upon delivery, please photograph the unopened box and retain packaging until performance is confirmed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. New customers are set up with credit-card terms by default until a credit application is approved.
Orders canceled after processing may incur a 25% restocking fee. If COD terms are approved and a shipment is refused or undeliverable, you agree to reimburse carrier charges plus a 25% restocking fee.
Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month. You agree to cover costs and expenses incurred by Balaji Wireless in enforcing these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balaji Wireless shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the website, products, or services, including:
