Returns

Returns are covered under a Manufacture’s defect policy. Products that have valid manufacturing defects can be replaced or recalled through Balaji.

Warranty

Any products sold by Balaji Wireless are protected under the Manufacture’s Defect Warranty. Any product that contains or shows valid signs of a manufacturing defect qualify for a replacement.

When will you have the latest products?

Our cases are ready to order pre-launch of the latest devices. Always ready and stocked ahead of time for your convenience.


Do you have a live inventory?

Yes, we carry a live inventory that updates every 15 minutes to ensure the items placed in your order are in stock


Do you have any pictures or graphics I can display?

Of course, we can supply you with a variety of pictures and content to showcase your latest cases and accessories.


Does Balaji Carry only cases?

Shipping, Processing, and Order Status
Something is missing with my order. What Do I Do?

Please contact us at http://balajicases.com/contact-us or your account manager and they will include the missing item in your next order. Items undergo a rigorous packaging process in which only items that are accounted for are shipped. Any item that is not included in your shipment will not be charged for thus forth.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship out our products through UPS, DHL, and other trucking services are furnished upon request

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are typically charged directly to the consumer. The rate of shipment from UPS to us is the same cost as the cost incurred to the customer. Our agreements with our carriers keep our rates competitive and relatively low.

How long does it take to process my order?

Within in the same business day. That’s right. We ensure that your order is processed the same business day.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Please contact Balaji customer support as soon as possible. If the package has not been shipped and you have notified customer support on time, they will be able to change the shipping address

If the package has been shipped, please contact the delivery company. They will be able to adjust the shipping address to the new destination.

Lost or Delayed Shipment

We apologize for the inconvenience if your package has arrived late. We wish we could hand deliver the package to you, but the best we can do is provide you with estimated arrival times.

If the package has been lost in transit, please contact customer support and provide details of your issue. Customer support will resolve your issue in a timely manner.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to multiple countries worldwide.

What do I do if my order isn’t going through?

How do I see my past orders?

Log into your account and go to the Account Overview tab. On the left hand side, click on purchases and the scroll down will have an option for Purchase history. Click Purchase history and you can click on any of your previous history to view your orders as PDF files.
