Q: Is this WHOLESALE only?

                A. Yes, Balaji Trading, Inc. is Wholesale only. Please visit www.balajiwireless.com or search Balaji Trading, Inc. Wireless        online for any retail info.

Q: Do I need a resale permit?

                A: Yes, a resale permit is required for all wholesale purposes.

Q: What is the minimum purchase amount?

                A: $100.00 wholesale purchase is required with Balaji Trading, Inc.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders received before 11 AM are most likely shipped on the same business day.  Orders that cannot be shipped on the same business day or orders placed during  weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Q: Which shipping providers do you offer?

A: Orders are shipped by UPS unless otherwise specified. FedEx, DHL, USPS, Freight Forwarding and Trucking services are available upon request.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method you select, the total weight and size of your order and your destination address. Balaji Trading, Inc. will provide accurate shipping total only after the order has been processed and is ready for shipping. You may use the shipping estimate on UPS.com for estimates.  Unless you select otherwise, all orders are shipped via UPS ground.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: When checking out, you will have the option of selecting the shipping method such as Next Day Air, Second Day, Third Day and etc. A UPS time-in-transit map will illustrate how many days a ground package will take to reach your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Please contact your sales representative for more info.

Q: Where\'s my tracking number? How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, an invoice with a tracking number(s) will be emailed to you and also available to you on-line within the \"My Purchases\" section of your account.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: No returns or exchange. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more info.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

A: All of our aftermarket/generic products include a 30 day limited warranty against manufacturers defects.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Wire Transfer, Bank Deposits and COD by cashier\'s check or money order as methods of payment. Please note that PayPal transactions are subject to a 2% convenience fee and COD transactions are subject to a $11 COD fee per box. Credit card info might be needed as a security deposit for COD transactions.

Q: Is my on-line order secure?

A: Yes, we guarantee all orders placed on the www.balajiwireless.com website are safe and secure using industry standard SSL Technology which encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Q: Will my order save in the shopping cart if I log out before I finish?

A: Yes, for your convenience you are able to build an order over multiple visits to our site using different devices such as computers, tablets and smart phones. You can also build a \"Wish List\" for a future order you are not ready to place and transfer items to and from the wish list into your shopping cart. Beware clearing your Internet Temporary Files (cookies) may delete the items saved on our website.

Q: Do you offer a printed catalog?

A: Due to the consistent and rapid release of new products to market and our daily product updates and additions it\'s almost impossible to maintain a printed catalog which is up to date. We offer our website as our on-line catalog with real time product offerings, inventory, pricing and state of the art account management tools to make your shopping experience as pleasant and efficient as can be.

Q: How do I view my past order history?

A: Once logged into our site, select the \"My Account\" tab on the home page, click on \"My Purchases\" and you will see your entire order history.

Q: How do I update and/or edit my billing or shipping address?

A: Once logged into our site, select \"My Account\" and click on \"Profile\" or \"Shipping Address\" to add, edit and delete billing and shipping address\'s.

Q: How do I update and/or edit my credit card information?

A: During checkout, you will have the option to add, edit, or delete your Credit Card info. Please note Balaji Trading, Inc. does not store credit card information electronically.
